For the quick connect terminal block, pin 3 carries the + (hot, non-inverting) side of the
signal, and pin 1 is ground. Short pin 2 to pin 1 in order to reference the input differential
amplifier for the correct gain (see Figure 30).
Note:
The gain remains the same whether the input is balanced or unbalanced. However,
if you make an unbalanced connection with a balanced source, there will be a -6dB gain
loss.
