. Solo 10remote: Keepnewand usedbatteriesawayfromchildren.Donot ingestbattery,chemical
burnhazard.Theremotecontrolsuppliedwith thisproductcontainsacoin/buttoncell battery.Ifthecoin/
buttoncell batteryis swallowedit cancause severeinternalburnsinjust two hoursand canleadto
death. If the batterycompartmentdoesnotclosesecurely,stopusingthe productandkeepit awayfrom
children. If youthink the batterymayhavebeenswallowedor placedinsideany partofthe body,seek
immediatemedicalattention.Thecoin/buttoncell batterymay explodeor causea fire orchemicalburnif
incorrectlyreplacedor mishandled.Do not recharge,disassemble,heatabove212°F (100°C)or
incinerate.Replaceonly with an agencyapproved(ex. UL)CR2032or DL20323-voltlithiumbattery.
Disposeof usedbatteriespromptly.
. Solo 'ISremote: Donotdismantle,openor shredbatterypack orcells.Donotexposebatteriesor
a batterypack toheator fire.Avoid storageindirectsunlight.Do not short-circuitbattery.Do not store
batteriescarelesslyina boxor drawerwherethey mayshort-circuiteachother orbeshort-circuitedby
othermetalobjects.Donot removea batteryfrom itsoriginalpackaginguntil requiredfor use. Donot
subjectbatteriesto mechanicalshock.Inthe eventof a batteryleaking,do notallowthe liquidto come
incontactwith the skinor eyes.Ifcontacthas beenmade,washthe affectedareawithcopiousamounts
of waterand seekmedicaladvice.Observethe plus (+) and minus(-)marksonthebatteryandequip-
mentand ensurecorrectuse.Do not useany batterypackor cellwhichis notdesignedfor usewiththe
product.Keepbatteriesout ofthe reachofchildren.Seekmedicaladviceimmediatelyif abatteryhas
beenswallowed.Alwayspurchasethe correctbatteryfor the equipment.Keepbatteriescleanand dry.
Wipethe batteryterminalswith a cleandry cloth if theybecomedirty.Usethe batteryonly in the applica-
tion forwhichit was intended.When possible,removethe batteryfrom theequipmentwhen not in use.
Replaceonly withAA (IECLR06)alkalinebatteries.
. Do not placeany nakedflamesources,suchas lightedcandles,onor neartheapparatus.
. Neverplacethe equipmentin an unstablelocation.Theequipmentmayfall,causingseriouspersonal
injuryor death.Manyinjuries,particularlytochildren,can be avoidedby takingsimpleprecautions
such as:
- Using cabinetsor standsrecommendedby the manufactureroftheequipment.
- Only usingfurniturethat cansafelysupportthe equipment.
- Ensuringthe equipmentis not overhangingtheedgeof the supportingfurniture.
- Not placingthe equipmenton tallfurniture(for example,cupboardsor bookcases)withoutanchoring
both thefurnitureand the equipmenttoa suitablesupport.
- Not standingthe equipmenton cloth or othermaterialsplacedbetweenthe equipmentand supporting
furniture.
- Educatingchildrenaboutthe dangersof climbingonfurnitureto reachthe equipmentor itscontrols.
. If youdoubt yourabilitytosafelymountyour televisionorset up this product,contacta professional
installerfor help.
. Donotallow childrento push,pull, or climbon an A/V monitor.This maycauseit to tip over,possibly
resultingin personalinjuryor death.For addedsafetyand stability,be sure to securethe monitorusing
a suitableanti-tipdevice.
