TROUBLESHOOTING
RESET YOUR SPEAKER
Factory reset clears connected devices and language settings from your speaker and
returns it to the original factory settings.
1. Power on your speaker.
2. Press and hold the Power button I for 10 seconds.
The speaker powers o.
3. Press I.
The Bluetooth light glows blue, and you hear “Ready to connect. To start setup,
download the Bose Connect app” (see page 11).
