      If your Bostitch Nail Gun is skipping nails or has an intermittent feed, ensure you are using only recommended nails. Try cleaning and lubricating the tool. If the ribbon spring is weakened or damaged, replace it. Also, a worn or damaged pusher should be replaced. Make sure to pull the trigger all the way. If the temperature is too low, warm up the fuel cell under 120°F (50°C). Other solutions may include replacing the piston ring, piston, or cylinder piston ring. For further assistance, contact Bostitch for a replacement.

      If the fan is working and the light indicator shows green on your Bostitch Nail Gun, but it's not driving nails or the operation is unstable, ensure you push the contact arm all the way. If the temperature is too low, warm up the fuel cell to under 120°F (50°C). Check the fuel cell and exchange it with a new one if it's insufficient. Inspect the filter and clean it as instructed on the maintenance sheet. For spark plug wire, spark plug issues, contact Bostitch for replacement.
