Assembling Your Bowflex Ultimate

STEP 16
Parts:
• Lat Boom Assembly
(from step 15)
• Upper Lat Uprights (Box 6)
Tool:
• Hex Key (7/32”)
• Wrench (9/16”)
- or Adjustable Wrench
16-1 Slide Upper Lat Uprights onto Lat Boom assembly
16-2 Install but do not tighten the two 3/8” x 3/4” screws
into the top of the uprights.
16-3 Install the two 3/8” x 2 1/4” Screws, Washers and
Nylock Nut through the Side Plates and into the
Uprights.
16-4 Completely tighten all of the hardware for steps
12 through 16.
