Your Bowflex Treadmill belt might stop turning due to a motor overload, potentially from drawing too much current. To resolve this, check the belt lubrication schedule and lubricate if needed, verify the walking belt tension, and then restart the unit. Another cause could be insufficient power from the outlet due to other devices on the same circuit. Try removing other devices from the power circuit and restarting the treadmill. Also, ensure the Safety Key is properly plugged into the console.
