      If the speed displayed on your Bowflex Treadmill is always “0” or stuck in Pause mode, there could be an issue with the Speed Sensor Cable, Speed Sensor Magnet or Speed Sensor Assembly. Ensure the Speed Sensor Cable is connected to the back of the Console and the Treadle Assembly near the Flywheel Assembly. Also, check the Speed Sensor Magnet and Speed Sensor Assembly to make sure they are in place.
