If you experience hesitation or belt slipping while walking on the Bowflex Treadmill, it may be due to walking belt tension or lubrication issues. To resolve this, adjust the walking belt tension following the “Adjusting the Walking Belts” procedure or consult the lubrication chart and apply lubrication as necessary.
