Situation Inspection item Solution
The engine revolution is ir-
regular.
Is the air mixed in the fuel system? Bleed the air in the fuel system and replace
the fuel.
Is the injection nozzle clogged? Have the injection nozzle repaired or re-
placed
Is the fuel lter clogged? Have the fuel lter washed or replaced.
The engine is over heated Is the coolant level low? Rell the coolant.
Is the fan belt loose or damaged? Adjust or replace the fan belt.
Is the radiator core clogged? Clean the radiator core.
Is the engine oil level low? Rell the engine oil.
Is the engine running under too much load? Reduce the load.
The engine power is too
weak.
Is the air cleaner clogged? Inspect the air cleaner
Is the nozzle stained with carbon? Contact the dealer for repair
Is the compression force weak?
Is the valve clearance adjusted properly?
Is the injection timing bad?
