What to do if the motor does not start on my Branson 6640C?

  If the motor of your Branson Tractor does not start when you turn the main switch to START, first, fully depress the clutch. Check if the battery solution is low or the battery is discharged; if so, refill the battery solution and fully charge the battery. Ensure the PTO ON/OFF switch is turned off. Also, inspect the battery terminals for looseness or corrosion; clean and tighten them and apply grease to prevent rust. Finally, check if the main fuse is burnt out and replace it if necessary. If the problem persists, it may be due to a broken key switch or a defective starting motor, in which case you should contact your dealer for repair or replacement.

  If the engine of your Branson Tractor is overheated, start by refilling the coolant and engine oil. Check the fan belt for looseness or damage and adjust or replace it as needed. Clean the radiator core if it's clogged. Finally, reduce the load if the engine is running under too much load.

  If the engine oil warning lamp is on during operation of your Branson Tractor, first refill the engine oil if the level is low. If the oil level is adequate, the viscosity of the engine oil may be low, requiring you to replace it with oil of proper viscosity. If the issue persists, the pressure switch may be defective and need replacement. In case the oil pump is defective, contact your dealer for repair.

Why can't I lift the implement on my Branson 6640C Tractor?

  If the implement on your Branson Tractor cannot be lifted, turn the hydraulic stop/slow return control dial to the left. Check if the transmission fluid level is low and refill if necessary. Tighten the filter case or connection parts if air is taken in the intake pipe system, and replace the pipe or O-ring if damaged. Clean or replace the oil filter if it is clogged. For a defective hydraulic pump or a dusty control valve with a damaged O-ring, contact the dealer for repair.
