Product Shelf Life
The product shelf life aer setup/connecon depends on several circumstances that are
independent from the dispenser itself. These include:
• Shelf life of product before connecon
• Connecon spout system (hygienic concept / design)
• Ambient or cooled environment before and aer connecon
• Tapping frequency
• Cleaning frequency and detergent used for cleaning
Product shelf life and the product quality are the responsibility of the operator of the
dispenser.
Downmes
• If the dispenser is not used for more than 2 days it should be ushed with fresh
water before dispensing coee again.
• If the dispenser is not used for more than 10 days, a thorough cleaning should be
performed before restarng the coee dispenser.
Cleaning Instrucons
Brewista recommends Cafeo Cold Pro Cleaner for cleaning your Cold Pro Nitro™ System
To clean your Cold Pro Nitro™ System:
1) Flush dispenser with water and then with air (emptying the lines) before
unscrewing and dismantling parts.
2) Unscrew jet-nozzle (3) and rinse it with fresh water. Use a brush if needed to
remove any parcles in the strainer (8). Reassemble tap parts [(1), (2), and
(3)].
3) Disconnect the intake lter (19) and unscrew it for inspecon. Rinse with
fresh water and use a brush if required. Replace in the intake line (11) aer
cleaning.
4) If used, disconnect your coee container spout system, dismantle, and clean
it as well.
5) Add one teaspoon of Cafeo® Cold Pro™ Cleaner to one liter of water in a
container of your choice. Let the dispenser pull the soluon through its lines
as it would with water or coee unl the soluon leaves the tap.
6) Allow to sit for one hour.
7) Flush the dispenser with water before using it to dispense product. Check
the quality of your coee before serving.
