      If the cold water isn't cold, it may be due to a few reasons. First, it can take up to one hour after setup for the dispenser to dispense cold water. Ensure the power cord is properly connected to a working outlet and the green power switch on the back of the dispenser is On. Also, make sure the back of the dispenser is at least 20 cm from a wall, allowing free airflow on all sides.
