  If your BRIO Ice Maker isn't producing ice, it might just need some time after setup—about an hour. Ensure the power cord is properly connected to a working outlet. Also, confirm that the dispenser’s back and non-fan-outlet sides are at least 12 inches (30 cm) away from walls, and the fan-outlet side is 19.5 inches (50 cm) from the wall. Finally, check that the black ice-making switch on the back of the dispenser is turned on. If you still have no ice after checking these steps, further assistance may be needed.

Ensure the power cord is properly connected to a working outlet and that the green power switch on the back of the dispenser is On. Also, make sure the dispenser’s back and non-fan-outlet sides are 12 in. (30 cm) from walls, and the fan-outlet side is 19.5 in. (50 cm) from the wall. If the water still isn’t cold, further assistance may be needed.

If the bottle isn't empty, there may still be air in the tank. To resolve this, press and hold the hot and cold water buttons until water begins to flow smoothly and steadily.
