When the buckle does fasten with an
audible click leave it to dry.
IMPORTANT - DO NOT
lubricate or oil any part of the
harness buckle.
To re-fit the harness buckle to your
Elite hold the end bracket sideways
and insert it into the seat slot. Make
sure the red buckle button faces away
from the seat.

Re-attach the retaining clip by inserting
it in to the adjuster, twisting it in to
position as shown above.

Replace the adjuster under the seat,
behind the adjuster strap. Return the
Elite to an upright position

the crotch strap to the correct
length for your child BEFORE
installing the Elite as it cannot be
adjusted in the vehicle. See page
8, ‘Harness buckle adjustment’.
