Harness Mode
Locate the LATCH anchors in your 5
vehicle.
Verify that the LATCH strap is not

twisted.
Attach the LATCH connectors to 7
their adjacent LATCH anchors.
Push the child seat into the vehicle

seat and pull the loop end of each
LATCH strap through the belt slot
to tighten.
Repeat as necessary.*
Attach and tighten the

Versa-Tether.
IMPORTANT: Ensure any
excess Versa-Tether
®
webbing
is contained within your
vehicle.
Check all connections and verify that child seat is secure.

The child seat is secure when it cannot be moved front-to-back or side-to-*
side more than 1” (2.5 cm) at the belt path. If the child seat is not secure,
repeat the installation procedure or use a different seating location.
