Service Maintenance
Pre Season Maintenance (cont.)
Check the pump operation commences at the water contact point of the Common
and Low Water Level Sensors.
Check the Water Sensor probes for coating build up and clean as required.
Set the Flush-service cycle parameter relevant to the wet voltage reading (see
service notes).
Check the water Inlet Solenoid closes at the contact of water at the High Level
Water Sensor.
Check the water doesn't overflow out the Drain tube before the water is sensed
at the High Level Water Sensor.
Check the pump water discharge is sufficient for correct pad saturation.
Aqua Duct
Check the Aqua Duct water distribution system is clean and has no blockages on
the pad distribution outlets.
Motor and Fan Checks
Check the fan motor rotates freely and that the motor bearings are not worn.
Check the motor speed sensor is clean, the beam sensors are vertically aligned,
and that the sensor is correctly located in the motor's end plate.
Check the DC brake is operating correctly.
Check the fan impellor is centred within the bell housing.
Check the motor stator bracket and mountings are not damaged.
Check the fan impellor is correctly tensioned and has the correct blade height
and angle.
Check the fan motor varies through the entire range.
Check the minimum and maximum RPM setting are appropriate for the duct
installation.
