Q Why does the Scan function not work?
A #1 Make sure the scanner guide is adjusted properly to allow you to insert
your photo
A #2 Gently push the photo until it is grasped and pulled through the scanner
and into the Photo Feed Slot
Q Date/Time settings are lost
A The set Date/Time can be maintained for approx 2 days (48 hours) after the unit
is switched off because battery backup is not supported
Q Why does the print function not work?
A Ensure the printer connected supports PicBridge
™
standard
Q Unable to detect the main unit while connecting to mini USB
A #1 You cannot connect the main unit to the USB 20 host and mini USB port
at the same time, or it will cause the unit work improperly If this happens,
restart the unit
A #2 Make sure you stop Photo Slideshow, Music, Video Playback or Scan
before connecting the photo frame to a PC
Q Why is my photo scanning in crooked?
A Some photo paper is thinner than others and may slide or shift Using the
Protective Sleeve will help keep photo steady while scanning
Q My scanned photos show a wide border around the edge
A Try reducing the light in the room where you are using the scanner, or move to a
darker location
