Brother b837 - Standard Adjustments; Needle and Feed Timing

OJ NEEDLE AND FEED TIMING (88 31)
1. Remove the needles.
2. T11t the machme head. and remove the t1m1ng belt 0 .
3. Align pos1 11 0n 4 on the machme pulley with the red dot.

Hold th e arm shaft f1rm . align the arrow on th e lower be lt 9 w ith the r eference line on the arm bed and moun t th e
t1mmg belt 0 on the pulley .
5. R1ght the machme head and mstall the needles.

1 . Remove th e needles.
2. Tilt th e mac hm e head back and remov e the t1m1n g belt 0 .
3. Turn th e ma chme pull ey until th e ··A· mark 1s aligned w1 th the red d ot.

Whil e ho ld ing the upp er shaft so that 11 won·t move. al ign th e arrow on the low er belt pulley 9 with the referen ce line on
th e arm bed. and attach the 11mm g belt 0
5. Return the mach me head to its ongma l pOSi tion. and mstall the needles
