Note
Always remove all paper from the paper tray and straighten the stack when you add new paper. This helps
prevent multiple sheets of paper from feeding through the machine at one time and prevents paper jams.
Jam MP Tray / Jam Tray 1 / Jam Tray 2 / Jam Inside 6
If a paper jam occurs inside the machine, the MP tray or paper tray, the Error LED will turn on and the Paper
LED will blink.
If you have printed using the MP Tray, start at step a.
If you have printed using Tray 1 or Tray 2, start at step c.
a Remove the paper from the MP tray.
b Remove any jammed paper from in and around the MP Tray. Press Go.
If you still have the error indication, continue with the following steps.
c Leave the machine turned on for 10 minutes for the internal fan to cool the extremely hot parts inside the
machine.
d Pull the paper tray completely out of the machine.
