  If your Brother Label Maker is not printing labels correctly, remove the tape cassette and firmly reinstall it until it clicks. If the print head is dirty, clean it using a cotton swab or the optional print head cleaning cassette (TZ-CL4). Also, check that the Cut Option isn't set to Chain or No Cut; if it is, the tape won't feed. Alternatively, hold the Shift key and press Preview to feed and cut the tape.
