DIAGNOSIS AND SOLUTION
E0/F4/EA (EEPROM Parameter Error)
Description: Indoor or outdoor PCB main chip does not receive feedback from EEPROM chip.
Recommended parts to prepare:
• Indoor PCB
• Outdoor PCB
• Reactor
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Remarks:
The location of the EEPROM chip on the indoor and outdoor PCB is shown in Figures 16 and 17:

The unit is operating normally.
NO

Is it plugged correctly?
Correct the connection.
NO
Replace the indoor /outdoor
main PCB .
Shut o the power supply.
Wait 2 minutes then turn back on.
Does the error code still appear?
If the EEPROM chip is welded on the
main PCB, replace the main PCB.
Otherwise, check if the EEPROM chip
is plugged into the main PCB.
