      allisonbrownJul 30, 2025
If the BSi Indoor Furnishing unit isn't providing enough heat, there could be several reasons. First, the unit might be mounted too high; try lowering it. Second, excessive air movement might be interfering; restrict or redirect air movement away from the unit. Finally, the power supply might be incorrect. Ensure it matches the unit's rating, and change it if it doesn't.

      Joshua DavisAug 6, 2025
If the BSi Indoor Furnishing unit is producing too much heat, it could be due to several factors. Check that the installation is within recommended specifications, as the unit might be too close to the target area. Also, ensure the power supply matches the unit's rating; correct it if it doesn't. If these steps don't solve the problem, consider adding a remote infinite switch to control the heat.

The unit might be mounted improperly, so move it away from walls, counters, and/or pass-through shelves as noted in the Installation section of this document.
