When recording your Answer
Only message, remember
to let your caller know that
they won’t be able to leave a
message.
Record your own outgoing message
1. Select Menu , Answer Phone is displayed, press .
2. Press until Outgoing Message is displayed,
press .
3. Press or to display the outgoing message
mode you want: Answer and record or Answer only
and press .
4. Record message is displayed, press . Follow the
voice prompt to record your message and select
Save when you’ve finished.
5. Your message will be played back to you. Select OK
if you’re happy with it or you can delete it by
selecting Delete .
Play the current outgoing message
1. Select Menu , Answer Phone is displayed, press .
2. Press until Outgoing Messages is displayed,
press .
3. Press or to display the outgoing message
mode you want: Answer and record or Answer only
and press .
