Vertical Position:
The Base Plate on the bottom of the Bicycle Seat should be far enough away from the
tire of the bicycle that they do not make contact when the Bicycle Seat is fully loaded.
The maximum distance between the Base Plate and the bicycle tire,
when the Bicycle Seat is unloaded, is 3.93 in (10 cm)

If the Base Plate is too far from, or too close to, the bicycle wheel:
- Use the provided Hex Wrench to loosen the 4 screws connecting
the Mounting Plate to the Mounting Block.
- Adjust the position of the Mounting Block on the Seat Tube until
the Vertical Position of the Bicycle Seat is appropriate.
- Re-tighten the 4 screws using the provided Hex Wrench, per the instructions on Page 12.
