No power. Power cable not connected
to wall socket.
Power socket is not
switched on.
Make sure the plug is
connected.
Switch the power on.
Some pictures not
displaying.
They are not JPG format. Use a computer and
re-save the images as JPG.
Pictures load very slowly. Not all flash drives & SD
cards are the same read
speed.
Purchase a high speed
rated storage drive/card.
USB/ SD card not
recognisable.
They are formatted in the
wrong format.
The capacity is larger than
32GB.
Re-format the devices in
either FAT or FAT32.
Replace with a compatible
device.
