3.2.2 Assembly

Disconnect the pliers from the air supply before any operation.

Toujours monter le

premier ressort sur

l’axe de droite.

Monter ensuite le

deuxième ressort

sur l’axe de gauche.

Step 2: Fit the jaws and springs

Step 1: Grease the

axes

Step 3: Grease the axes and

springs

Step 4: Fit the second

flange and grease the

rollers

Last step: Fix the head

onto the flange mounting

by applying normal-

strength thread locker to

the screws (Loctite n° 242)

Make sure springs

are fitted the right

way:

1. right axis spring

2. left axis spring
