UNI 5739 6X20 bolt
Mechanical stop
For closing:
- with the boom raised, turn the mechanical closing-stop clockwise or counter clockwise to establish the horizontal position ;
- tighten the hexagonal bolt to lock the stop into place ;
- lock the gear motor back into place.
ESTABLISHING THE LIMIT-SWITCH POINTS
Close the inspection hatch and power up the system. Move the boom the check that it is parallel to the road surface when closed and
at about 89° when open.

The barrier's opening and closing maneuvers must be performed with the inspection hatch closed.
For opening:
- release the gearmotor;
- raise the boom until the drive arm rests against stop A in the gearmotor casing ;
turn the adjustable transmission-rod either clockwise or counter-clockwise to establish a vertical position ;
- tighten the nuts to lock the transmission rod .
