Recomended Air Pressure:
We recommend inflating the Helm fork
with air pressure equal to half of your
body weight (in lbs) in psi. Example 150lb
rider weight, start with 75psi and adjust
from there if necessary.
Due to variations in travel, volume
reduction settings, and rider standing
position air pressure will vary. This guide
is intended to be used during initial set
up and only provides recommendations
for air pressure and is not intended to
define settings in air pressure.
