  If your Canton Speakers aren't producing any sound, first, ensure the volume isn't set to zero on your mobile device. If using AUX, verify the connection between your device and the musicbox, and try a different cable if needed. Also, check if the musicbox is muted (LED flashes white); if so, increase the volume using the vol+ button. Finally, if the amplifier's protective circuit has been triggered due to overload or high temperatures, reduce the volume and prevent overheating.

  If your mobile device isn't connecting to the Canton musicbox automatically, first ensure that Bluetooth is activated on your mobile device. If the musicbox was deleted from the Bluetooth menu, pair it again. Also, check if the AUX input is selected on the musicbox; if so, switch to the Bluetooth input. Lastly, if five or more devices have been connected since last use, pair your device again, noting that the device not connected for the longest time will be removed from the musicbox's device list.

  If the Bluetooth connection between your mobile device and the Canton musicbox unexpectedly disconnects, it might be because the musicbox turned off automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity on battery or 60 minutes on mains. To prevent this, set your mobile device's volume to minimum (mute). Also, placing an already connected NFC-enabled device back on the center pad will terminate the Bluetooth connection; move it close to the pad again to reconnect. Finally, ensure the Bluetooth input is selected, not AUX.

  If the sound reproduction from your Canton Speakers is too soft, the volume on either the musicbox or your mobile device might be set too low. Increase the volume on the musicbox using the volume button “+”. Also, increase the volume on the mobile device.

Additionally, a protective circuit might have detected an error; ensure the musicbox is operated within the specified temperature range and is not overloaded.

  If the NFC connection fails on your Canton Speakers, first activate the NFC function on your mobile device. Ensure the NFC antenna of your device is within 2-3 cm of the musicbox's center pad, aligning the device's NFC marking with the pad. Also, move the mobile device away from the musicbox before confirming the connection request and then repeat the process.

Why aren't my Canton Musicbox S Speakers charging?

  If the Canton musicbox battery isn't charging, ensure the power supply unit is correctly connected to both the mains socket and the musicbox. Note that the USB port on the musicbox cannot be used for charging; it is only for Canton service purposes. Also, the ambient temperature should be moderate, not lower than 0°C or higher than 35°C. Only use the original power supply unit.
