Pairing your subwoofer
To control a new wireless subwoofer with a smart loudspeaker, it must be paired
with the smart speaker. The pairing procedure for the corresponding smart speaker is
described below:
Wireless connection with Smart Soundbars / Sounddecks:
Note:
• Before connecting the Smart Sub 12 to the Smart Soundbar resp. Smart Sound-
deck, please make sure that the (new) Smart Sub 12 to be paired is not
connected to the power supply.

Turn on the Smart Soundbar / Smart Sounddeck using the „Power“ button.
Press the menu button „M“ on the Smart remote control to access the main
menu of the Soundbar / Sounddeck.

Use the „ “ or „ “ arrow button to navigate to the Wireless Setup [WIS] menu
and press the „OK“ button to confirm.

Select the function Wireless Pairing [WSP] and confirm with the „OK“
button.

Use the „ “ or „ “ arrow button to select the speaker you want to pair. In this
case, please select Subwoofer [SUB] to pair the Smart Sub 12.

Press the „OK“ button. The status indication will change to Pairing [PIR].

Now, plug the power cord of the Subwoofer into the wall socket.

Approximately 10 - 20 seconds after the subwoofer is connected to the mains
the status changes to „Connected“ [CON]. Soundbar resp. Sounddeck and
subwoofer are connected, now. Press the menu button „M“ repeatedly or
wait 30 seconds to exit the menu.
