When Changing Speeds
Turning
Do not shift gears during traveling. Always stop
the vehicle before shifting gears.
CAUTION
If the side clutch levers on both right and left
sides are operated simultaneously, the vehi-
cle will abruptly stop. Operate the right and
left side clutch levers at the same time only
in emergencies.

Right Turning
6. Grasp the right side clutch lever.
Avoid turning abruptly except for an emergency.
