Function Description:
The oven features a comprehensive control panel and display, allowing users to select from various cooking functions and settings. Key functions include:
- Light: Illuminates the oven interior.
- Defrost: Distributes ambient temperature air inside the oven for quicker defrosting.
- Full Grill: Utilizes both the top heating element and grill element for grilling larger quantities of food with the door closed.
- Fan Heat: Engages both the fan and circular heating element for even air distribution, ideal for various foods like meat, fish, and pastries.
- Eco Grill: Uses only the grill element for grilling small quantities of food, with the door closed.
- Fan Heat & Grill: Combines standard fan heat with the grill for browning the tops of foods.
- Conventional Heat: Employs both top and bottom heating elements for even cooking, suitable for pastries, cakes, baked pasta, lasagna, and pizza, ideally on one shelf at a time.

Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning:
- Always unplug the oven before cleaning or maintenance.
- Do not use steam cleaners.
- Clean internal and external surfaces with a damp cloth once cooled.
- Wash accessories in hot soapy water or a dishwasher.
- Dry condensation with a soft cloth.
- Avoid abrasive products or sharp metal scrapers on glass surfaces to prevent damage.
- Do not line the oven bottom with aluminum foil.
- The oven door can be removed for easier cleaning of the interior and the glass panes. The door is composed of 3 panes of glass, which can be dismantled for cleaning if condensation builds up between them.
- Oven Lamps: The internal oven lamps can be replaced by unscrewing the glass cover, removing the old bulb, and inserting a new one of the specified type (G9, 25W, 220-240V). Always disconnect the appliance from the mains before replacing the lamp.
- Telescopic Runners: The telescopic runners, which facilitate easier access to shelves, can be removed and reassembled for cleaning or to change their position.
