FAILURE DISPLAY AND ERROR CODES
If an abnormality comes up, the induction hob will enter the protective state automatically and
display corresponding protective codes:
The above are the judgment and inspection of common failures.
Please do not disassemble the unit by yourself to avoid any dangers and damages to the induction

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES WHAT TO DO
F3 - F8 Temperature sensor failure Please contact Caple Service.
F9 - FE Temperature sensor of the IGBT failure. Please contact Caple Service.
E1 / E2 Abnormal supply voltage.
Please check whether the power supply is
normal. Switch on after the power supply is
confirmed normal.
E3 / E4 Abnormal temperature. Please check the pot / pan.
E5 / E6 Bad induction hob heat radiation
Please restart after the induction hob cools
down.
