4 . O P ER AT IO N
 Warning
Never operate the freewheel lever while seated on the scooter or on a slope or hill!
TO OPERATE THE FREEWHEEL LEVER:
‧ Always pull UP FIRMLY for freewheel mode
‧ Always push DOWN FIRMLY for drive mode
4.4 TILLER ADJUSTMENT
The tiller can be adjusted into many different positions to suit each driver.
1. Loosen the lever to adjust the tiller to a comfortable position.
2. Tighten the lever to secure the position.
 Warning
♦ Please hold the tiller before loosening the tiller adjustment knob.
♦ Before lifting or driving the scooter make certain the tiller adjustment knob is fully
tightened.
♦ Never attempt to adjust the tiller while the scooter is motion.
