If there's an external switch, verify it's closed on the panel (position I).3. Inspect the control connectors to ensure they are properly inserted.4. Check the fuses (F1/F2/F3) to see if they've blown.5. Verify the transformer is working by checking for 24 VAC on the secondary side.
