4-OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS

Ensuretheoperator’sseatisinnormalposition.
○
Ensurethatarticulationjointarrestorisdisengaged.
○
Ensurethatparkingbrakeisnotengaged(parkingbrakeshouldbeinoffposition).
○
Startuptheengine.
○
Runtheenginefor1minuteatlowidle.
○
Increasetheenginespeedtofullthrottle.
○
Travelforwardonslope.
○
Onslopeputthetravelcontroller(FNR)leverinneutralandengagetheparkingbrake&shutdowntheengine.
○
Parkingbrakewillholdthem/c.
○
Contactyourdealerforservicesasneeded.
2.Thehydrostaticsystemconstitutestheservicebrakethusaseparateservicebrakeinnotrequired.Thespring
loadedmultiplediscbrakesinthefronttravelmotorservesasaparkingbrake.
Operatingthemachine(travel)
1.Takeoffthemachinewiththedriveleverintothedesireddrivingdirection.
NOTE:Theenginemustrunatitsoperatingspeedwhendrivingthemachine.Ifthedriveleverismovedforward
fromneutralposition,themachinewillmoveforward.Ifthedriveleverismovedbackwardformneutralposition
themachinewillmovebackward.
2.Thespeedwillincrease,themoretheleverismovedforwardorbackward.MaximumallowedengineRPMis2400
RPMwhichcanbecontrolledthroughthrottlelever.
3.Forbraking,movethedriveleveroutoftherespectiveforwardorreversedrivingpositiontothezeroposition
ATTENTION:Incaseofdangerbutonlyifadisturbanceand/orbreakdownoftheservicebrakeisinvolvedengage
theparkingbrakebyactuatingtheparkingbrakeswitch.Themachinewillstopinstantly.Actuatetheparkingbrake
onlyforarealemergencybrakingoperationsoastoavoidprematurewearandtearoftheparkingbrake.
Settingthevibrationintooperation:
TurnthevibrationselectionswitchesvizDoubleDrum(8)orSinglefrontdrum(7)vibrationmodebyrotatingeitherof
thetwotothedesiredfrequencymarksontherotaryswitches.
Settingthesprinklerintooperation:
Seeitem5onsection"Controlpanel"forusingthewaterpumpswitchavailableonthemachineforwatersprinkling
system.
