Youmustknowtherulesorlawsforsafetythatareused
ineachareathatyouwillbein.Makesurethatthe
truckandtrailerareequippedwiththecorrectsafety
equipment.

Whenloadingandtransportingrollerswiththeaidof
hoistsprovidesuitablemeansofslingingorfastening
atthepointsprovidedforthispurpose.Lockthearticu-
lationjointarresterbeforeloading.
•
Towingofthemachineshouldbeperformedwithstrong
towingbars/ropes.
•
Checkwhethertheloadispermissibleforrespective
hoists.Payattentiontominimumlengthorropesor
crossbeams.
•
Whenloadingorunloadingtherollerwiththeaidof
rampsmakesurethattheyhavesufcientloadbear-
ingcapacityandstableenough.Ensurethattherollers
donottoppleovertherebyendangeringpeople.

Willmovingthemachinecausedamagetodrivetrainormovingpartsthatlacklubrication?

Becertainthatallpersonnelinvolvedareshieldedintheeventthattowingapparatusmightbreak.

Anoperatormayonlybeallowedonthetowedvehicleifithassteeringandbrakingcapability.

Alwaysblockthedisabledmachinewheelsbeforereleasingthebrakesordrivetraincomponent.
