portoftravelpumpbyunscrewingthemainreliefvalvefor
freeowtothebothhydraulicmotor.
Releasingparkingbrake
Inordertoreleasetheparkingbrake.
1.Interconnect“A”and“B”portoftravelpumpbyunscrewingthemainreliefvalveforfreeowtothebothhydraulic
motor.
2.Removetheplug(1)providedonthereartravelmotor.

3.Removethecover(2)bygentlytappingsideways.
4.Afterremovingthecover(2)xaM12x1.75mmboltintheslotandrotateclockwise.
5.Towingdistanceshouldnotexceed1kmwithtravellingspeedof2km/hAftertowingreadjusttheParkingBrake
totheoriginalposition.
NOTE:Thespringandvalveshouldbekeptonaplasticbagcarefully.
Towprocedure-engineruns
1.Engagetheparkingbrake.
2.Blockthewheelswithwheelchocks.
3.Placethetravelcontroller(FNR)leverinneutral.
4.Placethedirectioncontrolleverinneutral.
5.Attachtherigiddrawbartothetowingmachine.Makesurethetowingmachinehasenoughpowerandabilityto
moveandstop.
6.Removethewheelchocks
7.Releasetheparkingbrake.Iftheparkingbrakedoesnotdisengage,disabletheparkingbrakemanually.
8.Noridersallowed.Ensureallotherworkersareoutofthearea.
Towprocedure-enginedoesnotrun
1.Blockthewheelswithwheelchocks.
2.Placethetravelcontroller(FNR)leverinneutral.
3.Placethedirectioncontrolleverinneutral.
4.Attacharigiddrawbartothedisabledmachine.
5.Fixthearticulationframelock.
6.Attachtherigiddrawbartothetowingmachine.Makesurethetowingmachinehasenoughpowerandabilityto
moveandstop.
