What to do if Casio Watch cannot perform a receive operation?
    • M

If your Casio Watch cannot perform a receive operation, ensure that the battery isn't low by exposing the watch to light to recharge it. Also, make sure the watch is in Calendar Mode and that your time zone setting is correct. If the watch is paired with a phone, unpair it to enable signal reception without using the phone. Finally, check that the watch is not at Level 3 power saving and that the crown is not pulled out. If it is, adjust the time and day settings manually.

What to do if Casio 5624 time is wrong after signal reception?
    • J
      Julia RodriguezAug 22, 2025
If your Casio Watch's time or day is wrong after successful signal reception, ensure that you have correctly specified the time zone for your location. It's also possible that the hour and minute hands, the day of the week hand (mode hand), or the World Time hands (small hour and minute hands) are out of alignment. In this case, perform the procedure under 'Adjusting Hand and Day Indicator Alignment' to auto adjust hour and minute hand alignment.

Why Casio 5624 Watch signal receive operation always fails?
    • D
      dbushAug 31, 2025
The signal receive operation may fail because the watch is not in a location suitable for signal reception. Try moving to a location with better reception. Also, avoid touching or operating the watch during the receive operation. The signal transmitter in your area might also be temporarily out of service, so try again later.
