What to do if the pitch of my Casio Privia PX-750 Musical Instrument is off?
    • G
      Gerald JonesJul 27, 2025
If the pitch of your Casio Musical Instrument is off, there are a few things you can check. First, ensure the key setting is set to “0”. If it isn't, change it to “0”, or turn the power off and then back on again. Also, verify that the digital piano tuning is correct; adjust it if necessary, or power cycle the device. Make sure that the octave shift setting is set to 0 and that the temperament setting is set to “00:Equal”, which is the standard modern tuning.

Why is there no sound when I press a key on my Casio Privia PX-750 Musical Instrument?
    • R
      Robert CunninghamAug 5, 2025
There are several reasons why your Casio Musical Instrument might not be producing sound when you press a key. First, check the VOLUME controller to ensure it isn't set to “MIN”; rotate it towards “MAX”. Also, make sure that headphones or an adaptor are not plugged into the PHONES jacks. If they are, disconnect them. Finally, verify that the MIDI Local control is turned on.

Why does it take so long to use my Casio Musical Instrument after turning it on?
    • C
      Colleen BurgessAug 14, 2025
If your Casio Musical Instrument takes a long time to start, it may be due to corrupted memory data from a data transfer operation interrupted when the piano was last turned off. The device will perform a memory format operation, which takes about 20 seconds. Wait until this operation is complete. Avoid turning off the Digital Piano while a data transfer operation with a computer is in progress.
