What to do if external MIDI sound source doesn't sound with Casio Privia PX-720 Musical Instrument?

If your connected external MIDI sound source isn't producing sound when you play your Casio Musical Instrument, verify that the digital piano’s send channel matches the send channel of the external MIDI sound source. If they are different, change the send channel settings of the digital piano and/or the external MIDI sound source so they match. Also, check the volume and expression settings of the external sound source to ensure they are not set to “0”. Adjust them as needed.
