1. Ensure bills are correctly stacked
in the hopper.
2. Adjust the feed gap (ref.
section 6.2 Feed Gap Adjustment).
1. Ensure the Hopper Sensor is
not covered.
2. Clean the Hopper Sensor.
1. Ensure the Stacker Sensor is
not covered.
2. Clean the Stacker Sensor.
Motor problem or speed sensor
damaged.
The back door is not securely closed.
1. Bills should be loaded into the hopper
correctly (ref. section 2.2 Loading
the Hopper.
2. The feed gap needs adjustment (ref.
section 6.2 Feed Gap Adjustment).
The sensors should be cleaned
(ref. section 6.1 Maintenance).
Technical support is required. Contact the
Cassida technical service center (ref. section
6.6 Contact Information).
Ensure the back door is closed.
