The Cassida 9900R is warrantied for a period of three years from the date of purchase. In most cases,
a malfunction can easily be resolved by cleaning the unit. Please refer to section 6.1 Maintenance for
directions.
Non-Warranty Service:
Cassida can perform maintenance and cleaning for an extra fee. For a non-warranty repair/
