Replacing the Sprocket (Gear for Chains)
[1] Sprocket A
 REMOVAL
1. Detach the frame cover, and then remove the accelerating
chain.
(See [MS-2: Replacing the Accelerating Chain]:  RE-
MOVAL.)
2. Install the cotterless gear crank removing/fastening tool, and
rotate it counter-clockwise by using a wrench to remove the
crank nut. (Fig. 1)
3. Detach the sprocket A from the Shaft Set A.
 ASSEMBLE
1. Assemble the sprocket A into the Shaft Set A.
2. Firmly tighten the crank nut by using the cotterless gear crank
removing/fastening tool and a wrench. (Fig. 1)
3. Mount the accelerating chain, and then mount the frame cover.

[2] Sprocket B
 REMOVAL
1. Detach the frame cover, and then remove the accelerating
chain.
(See [MS-2: Replacing the Accelerating Chain]:  RE-
MOVAL.)
2. Install the cotterless gear crank removing/fastening tool, and
rotate it counter-clockwise by using a wrench to remove the
crank nut. (Fig. 2)
3. Change the direction of the cotterless gear crank removing/
fastening tool, and rotate it clockwise to remove the sprocket B
from the crank shaft. (Fig. 3)
 ASSEMBLE
1. Assemble the sprocket B into the crank shaft.
2. Firmly tighten the crank nut by using the cotterless gear crank
removing/fastening tool and a wrench. (Fig. 2)
3. Mount the accelerating chain, and then mount the frame cover.
