Possible Fault
What To Do
E01
The machine
door is left
open.
Close the machine door. If
your machine persists to
indicate a fault turn it off,
unplug it and contact CDA
Customer Care.
E03 Pump fault or
pump filter
clogged.
Clean the pump filter.
If the problem persists
contact CDA Customer Care.
E04 Excessive
amount of
water in the
machine.
The machine will empty itself.
After this, turn off the water &
electricity, contact CDA
Customer Care.
Water cut off or
low water
pressure.
Check tap is turned on.
Check mains water is not cut-
off.
Check mains water pressure
is not low.
Check water inlet hose is not
twisted or clogged.
Clean water inlet filters,
If the problem persists,
unplug your machine, turn off
the tap and contact CDA
Customer Care.
Pump faulty or
clogged
Check the pump filter is not
clogged.
Check water inlet hose is not
twisted or clogged.
If the problem persists,
unplug your machine, turn off
the tap and contact CDA
Customer Care.
