5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Dirt Cleaning Important
Usual dirt
on glass
(ngerprints,
marks, food
stains, etc.)
1 Unplug the induction
hob from the mains.
2 Apply a worktop
cleaner while the glass
is still warm (but not
hot).
3 Rinse and dry with a
clean cloth or a paper
towel.
4 Reconnect the hob to
the mains if you wish to
continue using it.
- If you unplug the induction hob from
the mains, the hot surface indicator will
disappear, but the cooking area will be
hot. Be especially careful.
- Strong or some nylon scouring pads
and strong/abrasive cleaning products
can scratch the glass. Always read the
label to check if your cleaning product or
scouring pad is suitable.
- Never leave any cleaning remains on the
induction hob: glass may get stained.
