Note
Make sure the remote control is close to the robot when setting the clock or scheduling
cleaning cycles.
Setting the remote control’s time
- Press the clock button on the remote control. Digits will start blinking.
- Select the current day of the week by pressing the upwards and downwards buttons. Fig.
33
- Use the left and right buttons to set minutes and hour. Use upwards and downwards
buttons to change the digit while it blinks. Fig. 34
- Finally, press the power or the clock button. The robot will beep when the time settings
have been conrmed. Fig. 35
Cleaning scheduling
- To make the cleaning easier, the robot includes a schedule function to set daily schedules
through the remote control or the App. In accordance to the conguration, the robot will
automatically start cleaning the selected days at the desired time.
- The time options on the remote control are: 12:00 a. m.–11:59 p.m. and 12:00 p.m.–11:59 p.m.
- Before setting the time and the robot conguration, make sure the robot’s power switch is
on and that the power button on the robot is lit up.
Conguration with the remote control
- Press the schedule button on the remote control. Digits will start blinking. Fig. 36
- Use the direction buttons to select the day. Once selected, use right and left buttons to
select minutes and hours. Use direction buttons when digits are blinking to set the desired
minutes and hours. Press the power button to save settings. Enter the desired days and
follow the same steps to schedule them. Fig. 37
- Finally, press the schedule button to exit scheduling mode. The robot will beep once
indicating the scheduled cleaning settings have been conrmed.
- The user may schedule as many days per week as desired. The home screen will display
when the robot is scheduled.
- Cancelling scheduled cleaning
- Press the schedule button on the remote control, select the day you wish to delete
and change the set time to 00:00 am., this is the time to be set to cancel the cleaning
programme. Fig. 38
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Conga 2290 Ultra
- In order to lengthen your robot’s shelf life and to allow your robot to operate at peak
performance, carry out the following procedures periodically.
- Empty the robot’s dust tank.
- Press the dust tank’s release button. Fig. 39
- Open the dust tank and empty it. Fig. 40
Robot lter cleaning.
- Remove the lter.
- Carefully shake o all dust from the lter. Fig. 41
Free-fall sensors cleaning
Use a clean, dry and soft cloth to wipe o any dust from the free-fall sensor located on the
right side of the robot’s bottom part.
Warning
Do not spray cleaning products directly on the sensor. Fig. 42
Main brush cleaning
- Slightly press the main brush frame’s tabs in order to open the main brush storage
compartment and to remove it. Fig. 43
- Remove any hair, us or dust collected in the brush and around the axes. Fig. 44
- Clear and clean the robot’s suction channel. Fig. 45
- Reinstall the main brush and its frame. Fig. 46
High-eciency lter
- The high-eciency lter is designed with bres that help trapping dust particles, dust
mites, pollen... It is very important to clean periodically the lter, to avoid these particles
from building up in the lter, causing eciency loss. It is convenient to carry out this
maintenance once a week.
- It is recommended to replace the lter with a new one without exceeding 160 cleaning
hours.
Recommendation
Dirt can be removed with a small brush or by shaking it carefully against a hard surface for
dust to fall o. The high-eciency lter cannot be washed.
Mesh primary lter and sponge lter
The ltering system is featured with a mesh primary lter and a sponge lter. It is suggested
to replace them either after a maximum of 160 hours of use or when they are worn out due to
operation.
