SitecSystem Co., Ltd conducts upon the consumer damage compensation
regulation laid down by Consumer protection law replacement & refunds,
paid/free A/S of all purchases made from SitecSoft Co., Ltd as below.

• Corrosion caused by water or objects
• Defect caused by misuse or unsuitable operation
• Voluntarily disassembling or remodeling
• Defect caused by impact
• Defect caused by misuse of peripherals which are not supplied by
SitecSystem Co., Ltd
• Situation which is acknowledged as user’s fault
• Invisible to check the product info. owing to the damage of product
number.
• Presents no purchasing receipt against replacements or refunds
We will request you some repair cost or can provide you limited warranty
service & paid replacement against below mentioned customer faults.
Also as for below cases, the freight costs will be charged to you.
