STEP 14 Wire the Safety Reversing Sensors
If your garage has pre-installed wiring for the safety reversing sensors, see OPTION B - PRE-
WIRED INSTALLATION page 29.
OPTION A - INSTALLATION WITH NO PRE-WIRING
1. Run the wire from both sensors to the garage door opener. Attach with staples, but DO NOT
puncture the wire.
2. Separate the sensor wires and strip insulation from each end. Twist the two white wires
together. Then twist the two white/black wires together.
3. Using a screwdriver, push in the terminal tabs, and insert the white wires into the white terminal.
Insert the white/black wires into the grey terminal.
