Steering System
Working Principles
The rotating motion of the steering wheel is transmitted
to the steering mechanism through the steering column.
The steering mechanism can convert the rotating
motion into the straight line motion though the gear
rack in the steering mechanism. The straight line
motion is transmitted to the steering knuckle of the
wheel through the steering tie rod and the external
connector of the tie rod.
The steering oil pressure is applied to the steering
mechanism through the power steering pump. When
the steering wheel is rotated, the power steering oil
shall open valve at one end of the double-way piston
according to the rotating direction of the steering wheel,
the piston is pushed to be moved by the oil pressure, to
supply the auxiliary power required in the steering.

2. Inspect the obvious-damaged parts visually, as
shown in the following table:

should be tried to be solved before the next operation is
