If no sparks appear at any electrodes when the Electronic Ignition Button is pressed, and no noise can be heard from the spark module, try the following: 1. Install a battery, ensuring that the '+' and '–' connectors are oriented correctly, with '+' on the cap end. 2. Replace the battery with a new alkaline battery. 3. Why is the flame so low on my Char-Broil Grill?
    • B
      Bobby SmithAug 26, 2025
If you experience a sudden drop in gas flow or a low flame on your Char-Broil Grill, try the following: * First, check if there is gas in the LP cylinder. * If gas is available, turn off the knobs, wait 30 seconds, and light the grill. If the flames are still low, turn off the knobs and the LP cylinder valve, disconnect the regulator, reconnect it, and perform a leak test. Then, turn on the LP cylinder valve, wait 30 seconds, and light the grill. * Another solution is to turn off the knobs and LP cylinder valve, disconnect the coupling nut from the cylinder, reconnect it, and try again.
